Delicious Healthy Microwaved Sweet Potato Fries
The sweet potato fries are very similar to regular potato fries. However the health benefits are tremendous. Eat it they way you would eat regular fries.
Note: Microwaves differ in the wattage. Therefore it is not possible to give you an exact cooking time. It is best to go for about 8 minutes, then test if the sweet potatoes need more cooking. You will soon find a time that works for you.
