Potato Curry Cooked in Microwave
When you are not quite in the mood to cook, but still want something tasty on your plate, this microwaved potato curry may be just the thing. I cooked it a few nights ago as an addition to dhal and rice that I already had.
This morning I cooked it again to make a tasty lunch. Cooking time will depend on your microwave power level. It should cook between 10-12½ minutes. It is advisable to check it midway and just turn the contents over so it cooks evenly. This curry is not just quick to make but is delicious as well.

This potato curry can be eaten with bread, rice or roti. A squeeze of lemon or lime adds a nice flavor. An addition of a salad will make a good meal.
